Kendra is a spin-off of The Girls Next Door starring Kendra Wilkinson. Created by Kevin Burns, Kendra started on June 7, 2009.
The first season of the show depicted Kendra’s life outside of the Playboy Mansion. It showed her engagement and wedding to Eagle’s Wide Receiver, Hank Baskett III and her pregnancy with their first child, Hank Baskett IV. Hank and Kendra were wed on June 27, 2009 at the PlayboyMansion on the season finale, where former Girls Next Door cast mates Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt were bridesmaids. Also starring in season one is Kendra’s then roommate, Amber Campsini and her friend, Brittany Binger.
Before the second season, a special was aired, called Kendra: Here Comes Baby, which showed the birth of Baby Hank. Hank Baskett IV was born on December 11, 2009.
Season two, which started on March 14, 2010 depicted Kendra after the birth of the baby. Season two opened with Kendra and family living in Indianapolis, Indiana, where Hank was playing for the Indianapolis Colts, after being released from the Eagles. The season showed Hank going to the Super Bowl and eventually getting signed back to the Philadelphia Eagles. The season finale showed Kendra address her infamous sex tape, which she made with her ex-boyfriend when she was just 18 years old, before she moved to the Playboy Mansion, for her tell- all autobiography, Sliding Into Home. Also starring in season 2 is Kendra’s assistant, Eddie Bochniak and friend, Jessica Hall.
Season three, which started on November 7, 2010 depicted the hardships Kendra and Hank had to deal with including him getting cut from the Philadelphia Eagles and being picked up by the Minnesota Vikings and bouncing from city to city. The season ended with Little Hank's first birthday.
Season 4, which started on September 25, 2011 depicted Kendra and Hank finally moving into a permanent home in California and dealing with the fact that Hank didn't get picked up with an NFL team.
